Today we are talking with Life Coach Kendra Harvey about what it means to truly be happy, and also owning our emotions, not running from them. She'd spend the next six years in the marriage, acting as his care giver before moving on in life and finding love again. Five kids later, she's been a working mom, stay-at-home mom and everything in between and offers great advice or those struggling during quarantine.
